     (a) speed depends on total distance from Central Office. ADSL
has maximum rate of 1 meg up and 7 down. Expect around 1 meg up and
1-2 down over normal usable distances. Usuable distances go out to
18,000 feet but speed falls off rapidly above 12,000 feet.

     (b) Lightlink hardware cost presently waived if connecting
directly to our T3 router. Otherwise lightlink hardware cost is $1900
for personalized Cisco router. Customer hardware charge is not
included and must be added in.

     (c) Local loop charge assumes connection goes through one Central
office only, if going through two then its $460/month. These are for
a 5 year contract, cancelable after 1 year with penalties equal to 1
year rates.

     (d) Radio depends on line of sight to one of our radio points of
presence at Roy Parks Tower in downtown Ithaca, or Fairview Square
above College town. Large Business radio is not to be confused with
Lightlink public radio offerings.
